What size should I order?
Measure your child's foot from heel to toe in cm (standing up, ideally in the afternoon) and match it to our Size Guide. Every shoe shows US and EU sizes.
Do they fit true to size?
Most parents find them true to size. Some styles feel slightly snug, so if your child is between sizes, size up. It gives them comfortable growing room too.
What if the size isn't right?
Easy. Unworn shoes in the original box can be swapped for another size within 14 days. For size swaps and change-of-mind returns, you just cover the return postage.
