Our Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
• Change of mind returns: the customer covers return postage
• Faulty or incorrect items: Kiddos Kicks covers return shipping in full

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at support@kiddoskicks.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with clear instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s done.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to help with an exchange. Contact us at support@kiddoskicks.com and we’ll sort it out for you.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless the item is faulty.
