At Kiddos Kicks, we aim to get your little one's new shoes to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and tracking procedures below.
1) Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team prepares and dispatches it within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery begins after your order has been dispatched.
2) Delivery Timeframes
After your order has been dispatched, the following delivery estimates apply:
- Australia: 5–10 business days (often faster in major metro areas).
- New Zealand: 7–9 business days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery:
- Australia: 6–12 business days
- New Zealand: 8–11 business days
Note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), or unforeseen carrier delays.
3) Tracking Your Order
We make it easy to stay updated on your delivery:
- Order Confirmation Email: Check your original confirmation email and click "View Order" to access your order details.
- Tracking Update Email: You will receive a separate email with your tracking number within 2 business days of your order being dispatched.
4) Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery:
- Australia & New Zealand: Orders are primarily delivered via Australia Post.
5) Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $50 AUD.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
6) Important Delivery Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kiddos Kicks is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- Order Issues: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, or you have concerns about your shipment, please contact us at support@kiddoskicks.com. We respond within 12 hours.
