Refund policy

At Kiddos Kicks, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
1) 14-Day Returns (Change of Mind)
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- With tags attached and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
How to request a return:
Email us at support@kiddoskicks.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Important: Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
2) Return Shipping Costs

Refunds: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If we provide a return label, the label cost may be deducted from your refund (or you can arrange your own shipping).
- Faulty/incorrect items: If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve it and cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

4) Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us ASAP at support@kiddoskicks.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
5) Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, contact us at support@kiddoskicks.com.
Where possible, we’ll guide you through the quickest option. In many cases, the fastest approach is:
- Return the original item (after approval), then
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
Shipping costs may apply to exchanged items.
6) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- Gift cards
- Final sale/clearance items (unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law)
- Any item returned used/worn, or without original packaging/tags
If you’re unsure, email us before purchasing.
7) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the outcome. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing (timing can vary by bank/payment provider)

8) Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law. These rights cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
