What types of shoes do you sell?

We stock a wide range of kids' footwear including sneakers, sandals, boots, LED light-up shoes, and character-themed styles featuring popular characters like Spiderman, Frozen Elsa, Hello Kitty, and more.

How do I find the right size?

We recommend using our Size Guide to measure your child's foot. Always size up if your child is between sizes — kids' feet grow fast. Measure heel to longest toe, then add 0.5cm for growing room.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all Australian orders — no minimum spend required. For New Zealand orders, please see our Shipping Policy for current rates.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within Australia, and 7–9 business days to New Zealand. You'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. For change of mind returns, the customer covers return postage. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping in full. View our full Returns Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

How do I care for the shoes?

Gently wipe with a damp cloth and air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Avoid machine washing.
