At Kiddos Kicks, we aim to get your little one’s new shoes to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and tracking procedures below.
1) Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed (usually within 1–2 business days), the following delivery estimates apply:
- Australia: 5–10 business days (often faster in major metro areas).
- New Zealand: 7–9 business days.
- All Other Countries: 7–14 business days (remote areas may require up to 28 days).
Note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), or unforeseen carrier delays.
2) Tracking Your Order
We make it easy to stay updated on your delivery:
- Order Confirmation Email: Check your original confirmation email and click "View Order" to access your tracking number and live updates.
- Tracking Update Email: You will receive a separate email with your tracking number within 2 business days of your order being shipped.
- Customs Updates: For international orders, tracking updates may pause temporarily while your parcel is cleared by customs. Updates will resume once the parcel is handed over to your local postal service (e.g., Australia Post).
3) Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery:
- Australia & New Zealand: Orders are primarily delivered via Australia Post.
- International: We use a network of partner carriers depending on the destination country.
4) Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $50.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5) Important Delivery Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kiddos Kicks is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- Order Issues: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, or you have concerns about your shipment, please contact us at support@kiddoskicks.com.
