At Kiddos Kicks, we want you to shop with confidence! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy.
Returns & Refunds
- Unworn Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with packaging intact.
- Worn Items: We do not offer refunds for shoes that have been worn. However, you may exchange them for a different size or style or receive store credit.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance, sale, and custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To initiate a return, please email news@kiddoskicks.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Unworn shoes: Can be exchanged for another size or style.
- Worn shoes: Store credit will be issued, which can be used for a future purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at news@kiddoskicks.com with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue.
Return Shipping & Processing
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed within 5-7 business days.
