How Our Return and Refund Policy Works
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be in their original condition with packaging intact. Please email us at returns@kiddoskicks.com with your order number to initiate a return.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges and Non-Returnable Items
For exchanges, return the item and place a new order. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, sale items, and gift cards.
